Our story began in the Illawarra back in 2002, when Graham took on the role of National Project Manager for a home improvement company. A decade later, in 2012, he founded Gutter Protection Plus (GPP), servicing the roof and gutter industry with maintenance and restoration. As the business grew, so did the demand for a wider range of property services. In 2023, Ascent Property Maintenance was officially founded — built on the idea of moving upwards and forward, just like the name “Ascent” represents.

In July 2024, Nerida joined the business as Administration Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in finance, legal, and IT administration. Shortly after, Graham and Nerida were married, and together they now lead Ascent Property Maintenance.

 

Today, the business employs 12 local team members, all committed to delivering affordable, reliable property services that the Illawarra community can count on.
